Will photoshop CS6 run on my mini Mac ?

It will not run on any Mac that is running Catalina or later (Catalina, Big Sur or the current Monterey 12.4). Also see the following from https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/fix-macos-64-bit-compatibility-errors.html
Apps that don't work in Catalina
Most older Adobe apps were created using 32-bit architecture and do not work in Catalina. We have no plans to update apps that we no longer support or develop.
