Apple iPhone 13 mini. All incoming calls go straight to voicemail without my phone ever ringing...even known contacts. Friends & Fam have to call again (annoying for them) and it rings without issue. How do I allow calls to come through on the first try? Thanks!

Calls are coming through on the 2nd attempt without fail. All calls go straight to voicemail on the first attempt. Why is this?
Go to Settings>Focus and select any of the active profiles and turn them off.
All incoming calls go straight to voicemail...
