Why I can't press all keys when I'm typing on an iPad using a Bluetooth keyboard Logitech K480? For example when I press the letter "L" it even brings up the scroll cursor.

First, verify that you have selected the language/keyboard layout that matches your keyboard - instead of using Auto settings:

Settings > General > Keyboard > Hardware Keyboard

Ensure that you have disabled both Full Keyboard Access and MouseKeys:

  • Settings > Accessibility > Keyboards > Full Keyboard Access - set to OFF
  • Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Assistive Touch > Mouse Keys - set to OFF
