Hi, When you click on a cell in the spreadsheet, it shows up the row and column references and if that cell contains a formula, it too shows up in colour references the cells that were referenced from the formula, how can I shut that all off ? Thanks in advance !

Sorry but there is no switch to deactivate this, it is normal behaviour.
If you think that Apple should add a switch to deactivate this feature you can send a feedback about the product and explain why this should be added / what the benefit of your request is.

Those features are all there to help you! I find them very useful.
When you don't want to see the row numbers and column letters just click outside the table.
Much easier to make that happen than in Excel.

Thanks for the note. Yes, it is helpful when you are constructing the worksheet. But when you are actually using it, from a cosmetic angle, it is not.
