iphone7 no outgoing calls

hi my iphone 7 stopped making outgoing calls says failed

so did a hard reset then it did work

but it keeps on happening airplane mode is off

pommygun ~ 76% is not healthy and is to be expected in a 5½ year-old battery. Have the weak battery replaced and all will be well:

hi still have its original battery? yes ,Battery Health 76%

its wierd i can receive incoming calls in the house but outgoing fails ,but if i go outside and walk up the driveway i can make a call so its probably the network
