Very frustrated. I have been attempting to use Apple's reminders on my new work laptop which is currently loaded with OSX Big Sur (version 11.6.6); however, the "indent" feature is greyed out, thus I'm unable to create subtasks. I have searched all over for an answer to no avail, so it's time to ask this question in the community yet again. What gives?
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6
No sure that feature is available in Big Sur macOS 11 but is in Monterey macOS 12

Current version is now Big Sur 11.6.7
Suggest doing a Time Machine Backup before updating

I have since updated my OSX to Monterey and this did NOT resolve the issue.
