How can I tell if something else is been logging onto my account


I am being tracked and somehow I think there’s a Mac that’s logging onto mine iPhone but it’s not showing up but there’s changes being made so how can I find out

iPhone 11, iOS 15

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.
