iPhone 12

magnification is on my phone and it will not allow me to zoom out. it also will not allow me to activate any other features including to enter my password

If your Home screen icons are magnified on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. If you can't access Settings because your Home screen icons are magnified, double tap with three fingers on the display to zoom out.
  2. To turn off Zoom, go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom, then tap to turn Zoom off.
