Hello ~ Take a look here:

If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working - Apple Support

Also…Try a forced restart :

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Clean your lens with a soft cloth and do you have a camera lens protector on? If so remove it as well. Post back if more questions.
