My app got deleted and now I have to access it through the App Store. How can I fix this?

If you go to the App Store and the only option is "Open", that indicates that the app isn't deleted. If that is the situation you can move the app back to the home screen. Go to the App Library (swipe left past your last home screen). From there you can touch and hold an app and slide it left back to the home screen.
