B. Troubleshooting the Connecting Device:
What device are you connect these earbuds to? Essentially, enable Bluetooth on the device, and it should show up.
C. Return This:
How long ago did you purchase this? Who is the seller? If an option, see if you can return this for a refund. Elsewise, take this as a learning experience, knowing to check bluetooth prior to purchasing it. Brian a pari of AirPods with you, seeing if they connect.
