My battery for this watch does not last very long compared to my series4 I watch. Why?

A lot of that depends on your usage. What are you doing daily when using the Watch?

Series 7 - Just vanilla configuration, uninstalled all third party apps and disabled always-on display plus notifications. Best case scenario 7 -8 hours tops.
