Is it possible to set parental control of screen time for a child over 13?
Yes, it is. Same way you do it for children under 13, using Settings > Screen Time.

I’m not even getting the option to add it for my 14 year old. Only my 12 year old. I was told to change my older child’s date of birth on Apple ID to show up as younger, but that seems wrong.
