How to Get the initial email/icloud account of a reset iphone locked to owner

I purchase an iPhone 11 that is locked to owner, it took me a long time to realise the iPhone was actually locked to owner and i cant unlock it. I can't find the person that sold it to me anymore for he has travelled abroad and i don't have his contact either. So my only hope is to contact the owner and see if this phone was stollen from him or he willingly gave it away to be sold in Africa.

The problem is the owners iCloud is not written in full "c.....@hotmail.com" so i can't know how i can contact him for my issue.

if there is a way please help me out.
