I lost my iPhone with find my iPhone on after few hours I received a message show below.

Dear Customer, Your lost IPHONE 11 have been found.
See location at :
Apple Supports.
after I check on it my find iPhone was turn off I want to know why please.

This is a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. Apple does not locate devices- that's what Find My is for. They will never send you an email for this purpose.
