Since you didn't tell us what iPad model you own (we can't guess), you've been provided the links to look up the price you need to know. Also, Apple will NOT replace the screen on your device. For the price listed, they will take your iPad and give you a refurbished device in its place. Moonhunter provided a list just above with how to Contact Apple for support and service.

From Apple, it's the full replacement price which involves an exchange with a service replacement. They won't fix it per se and return it to you. They have an inventory of service replacements, and for anything from "I dropped it in water" to total damage, it's the same replacement fee. If everything else is in good condition and only the battery needs servicing, they'll do the same at a "battery service" price ($99 plus tax in the US) with an equivalent exchange.
