I cannot get the upgrade on my Mac ? I have the Catalina and I was told my iMac was too old to update? It’s really not that old.

I bought a computer iMac 14,3 and I can’t upgrade to the latest version?

This iMac does not support the latest versions of macOS because of hardware limitations.
