I immigrated apps when setting up new iMac M1 24" desktop. Now I am unable to update, uninstall, or install any apps from Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.
Do I need to wipe iMac clean and start set up again? Will this fix the problem?

I would recommend being in contact with Adobe support staff. If you only found your how do use with Adobe products it’s wise to go to the horses mouth.

It would be far better to use the uninstaller for each app to remove all of them, then use the Creative Cloud app to reinstall them fresh.
