Having a trouble with right Airpod

Hi, recently got a problem with my right airpod after 2 years of excelent working. One morning it just stopped connecting to phone. The charging case detected and charged it and the pop up showed it only when its in the case, when i take it out the pop up still shows that its in the charging case or shows no information about it( like actually just shows the airpods and the initial "R", nothing more). I tried hard resetting so many times but it didnt help, recent reset ended up case flashing amber and then green even if theyre not connected to a phone. Also cleaned the charging port and the airpod itself, still nothing changed. Any suggestions or tips?
