My PASSWORDS didn’t transfer to new iPad? How do I do this?

i bought new IPAD AIR. EVERYTHING transferred but passwords. I turned on AUTO FILL but nothing .

Ensure Keychain is enabled in Settings > Apple ID > iCloud
