Do I need an antivirus for my iPhone now?

I was scammed by a "fake" Zelle agent yesterday. They had me download an app called "ANYDESK" which i believe was used to search and steal information from my iPhone. I am afraid all of my personal info was compromised. Do I need an antivirus for my iphone now?
