Hi, unless you have backed up your device to iCloud or a Mac your iMessages will be lost. Your videos and photos may still be in the recently deleted folder. Go to the photos app click the menu icon (Top Left Corner) and select Recently Deleted from the Utilities section. If any of your photos or videos are there select them and then click Recover in the (Bottom Right Corner).
