I am unable to load or play videos in the weather channel app or on their website on my iPhone and iPad. I have contacted their support four times with no response, and Apple support. I have followed all their suggestions

Has anyone else had problems loading weather channel videos and have you been able to resolve the issue?

Remove any add-on VPN client, remove any add-on security apps, force-restart, remove any local and any network-based content filtering apps or hardware, try again, and failing all that then contact the responsible folks; the Weather Channel.
