Transferring iTunes library music to USB stick

I've just installed AnyTrans on to my computer in order to transfer music from my iTunes library to a USB stick. It informs me to insert my USB stick and "open it so that it appears as a folder on my desktop, and simply drag the iTunes playlist into it". But ... how do I "open it so that it appears as a folder on my desktop"???

Use File Explorer (the Windows application), which should be on your Taskbar:

and then select your external drive (USB stick):

The yellow folders in the right of the second screenshot are the folders on the USB stick.
