I accidentally deleted partition Macintosh hd-data and now my computer won’t startup. It doesn’t give me an option for startup disk. I am not very tech savvy but am able to click a mouse and type. Lol. Any help is appreciated. (My Mac was super slow in everything and I only use a few items such as messages, calendar, adobe, chrome)

Thank you. I tried this. The Mac HD-disk is not there. So when I go to reinstall macOS it says disk not found. How do I mount/create/reinstall the Mac HD-disk? When it asks where I want to install there are no options. It is just blank
If you have followed the previous instructions - the drive may has failed
That would require a visit to Apple Authorized Service Provider or Genius at an Apple Store for evaluation or repair
