I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble adding cards to the Wallet app. You came from the correct support page could you please go into more detail on what the issue is (please do not post any personal information here)?
Are you sure
- Your card supports Apple Pay?
- iPhone is up-to-date (most recent version)?
- Your country supports Apple Pay / Apple Wallet?
Please read If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay - Apple Support. If you meet all requirements and the card does support Apple Pay, please contact Apple Support for further assistance.
You could also try restarting your iPhone and/or signing out and back in of the Apple ID.
