Removing mdm profile
How do I remove MDM profile or bypass it to activate the mac

You get the institution who installed the profile to remove it. You can't remove it. Apple can't remove it. Only the administrator over the institution who installed the profile can remove it.
This begs the question if you bought a used Mac? If you did, return it to whoever you bought it from as it was clearly not prepared correctly for a new owner.
