Accessing Apple & iCloud account (with 2FA) but without phone number

Hope someone can help!

I'm trying to log in to my old Apple account that I hadn't used for some time now, but then realised i had turned on 2FA for this account. When asked for my phone number (after I entered the correct ID and password) - I just could not recall what my previous number was as i had used an overseas number from some years back

Wondering if anyone had this experience before - and / or - can offer any advice?

Thank you!

If you have deleted it, it is no longer valid, it simply no longer exists and it no longer works.
