The Integral iShuttle app is not available in the application store. When I try to download it I get the message 'This app is currently not available in your country or region.' but I have previously had the app on my iPad and due to no recent use the app was off loaded.

Then likely the developer is longer offering the app to your country.
The developer decides which countries their app is available to.
