My voice gets quieter when calling on my iPhone

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support

Having a Clear Call from Afar:

Walking away from the iPhone, it is likely becoming distorted, being less easier to hear/make out. Echos may come about. So, if you need to step afar, then consider getting a conference call microphone.
