Need all my devices to work as one

Can I get use my same Apple ID on all devices so I can access anything from any divice

You can use the same Apple ID on all of your devices (and that is usually recommended). You can sync the devices by turning on the options (on iPhones & iPads) at Settings > [username] > iCloud > Photos, iCloud Mail, iCloud Drive, Contacts, Calendars, Notes, etc) and the similar options on a Mac at Apple menu > System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud.
