Facetime audio
I cannot make facetime audio calls but only video calls. Can you please help?

Here's one way that may work for you:
Start a FaceTime call from a Messages conversation
In a Messages conversation, you can start a FaceTime call with the person you’re chatting with.
- Tap
at the top right of the Messages conversation. - Do any of the following:
- Tap
✽. Tap FaceTime Audio.
✽. Tap FaceTime Video.

You can also turn off the camera in a FaceTime call.
How to turn off your camera
When you’re on a FaceTime call, tap the screen to make the controls appear, then tap . (Tap it again to turn the camera back on.)
