How do I remove screen time report from my home screen?

I've turned off screen time, but for some reason, a screen time report (showing no information) is still on my home screen. How can I remove it? Below is a picture of what I'm seeing...

Long tap the report, then click Remove Widget to remove it from your screen. This is super easy!
