Bluetooth not working in macOS Monterey

I updated the system to macOS Monterey 12.5 before that my macBook was running macOS Big Sur 11.6.1 and the bluetooth worked perfectly but after the update to Monterey it doesn't turn on anymore.

Bluetooth preferences will not load Since I updated my OS to Monterey my MacBook Bluetooth won't work, which means Airdrop and Phone synching don't work either. Even though I appear to be able to turn on Bluetooth, it doesn't do anything. Bluetooth preferences cannot be accessed from the menu bar or the App bar. I have tried resetting the SMC (whatever that is) and resetting using Terminal. I am running a 13" MacBook Pro (2015) with Intel processor

Bluetooth only work after restart Macbook Air I keep having issue with my bluetooth. it only works several hours after restart. I read another solution that I was supposed to hold down command option p and r together until it restarts by itself but it didn't work for my device. my device is macbook air bought last year 2021, and currently on macOs Big sur version 11.2.3
