profile won't download
Hi apple community. I am trying to download a management profile from comp portal on a ipad 9th gen but error message keeps saying cannot download profile...???

If a Profile Will Not Install:
A. Whom to Contact:
If you are using this as a company owned/managed deice, then speak with the person who manages these devices. They need to perform the configurations and all else. It would be upper-lever management, and on a college campus, it would be the Web Master.
B. One Profile at a Time:
- Go Here: Install a Configuration Profile on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
- As the Site Reads: "You can have only one profile ready to install at a time. For example, if you download a profile and don't install it, and then download a second profile, only the second profile is available to be installed."
