Apps not downloading
Anybody else but able to download apps? It keeps asking for my password for access to billing address.

You need a payment method -
Do you have a functioning payment method listed in your account? Unless you have a NONE option in the payment methods, you usually have to have a valid payment method entered in your account details. Even for free apps or to update apps.
