Can't Access "Keep Widgets on Home Screen Button

How do I add the widgets in Today's View onto my home screen? Like how do I get the "Keep Widgets on Home Screen" button?

You can learn about adding Widgets to both your Home Screen - and Today view - here:

Add widgets on iPad – Apple Support

Use widgets on your iPad - Apple Support

There are many changes within iPadOS15 - of which one is the loss of the familiar “pinned” Today view on the first Home Screen in Landscape screen orientation.

With iPadOS15, you are now able to freely position widgets on any of the Home Screens - but you have lost the “compact” first Home Screen layout that shows a compressed grid of App/Folder icons andToday view in Landscape screen orientation.

The Today view is now a slide-out in both Portrait and Landscape.
