Wi-Fi Restriction for applications of iOS 15.6

Good day to all of you!

I would kindly like to know if there is a way to completely restrict wi-fi usage for most of the apps on I Phone 13, including the same devices core apps.

Lets say that i want the device only to communicate online only for mail and messenger and that's all.

Due to the nature of my profession, wifi internet use is extremely expensive. On my previous phone (Android) there was a great app where you could restrict the use of all application in your phone including core itself.

I searched the App Store but there is not any notable application that can do the same as above.

Any help? or I have to switch to Android again?
