I purchased Apple TV 4K (64 GG) model A2169 six months ago and forgot my password. I cannot use my Spple TV in my home and do not where I can recover my password so zI may watch the TV

I cannot use the Apple TV because I cannot sign in on my television. Forgot my password. I do not use on any other device
