CarPlay and shortcuts with Siri

Why does Siri say “I can’t do this while you’re driving” when I try to use a shortcut for Google assistant. “Open garage door” for instance. Ridiculous

Shortcuts is an apple product. Google assistant works just fine from the phone, just not in CarPlay. The issue is an Apple issue

not only have you not given any real answers here, you've also provided a link that results in a 404. Escalate to your supervisor.
