How to delete a certificate?

How do I delete a certificate profile so I can use my phone to all the potential that I paid for because I’m not at all affiliated with any work or school organizations or anything where anyone should have one installed on my phone. I work for myself and I’m not a student but I do believe someone installed one on my phone during one of the dozen times that my phones disappeared and magically reappears. There’s several functions of my phone that I can’t use. Please help me out.

If deleting the profile does not work, then this iPhone is supervised, and You will need to discuss this directly with Apple.

Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple Support

If this iPhone is not supervised, but physical security and password security are unavailable or breached sufficient to be loading profiles, then further security is unavailable and this iPhone is headed for a factory reset. Again, here assuming this iPhone is not supervised. If supervised, you will only be able to remove that with the direct assistance of Apple and sufficient proof of ownership.

Reset, change all passwords, passcodes, SIM PINs, carrier PINs, password-reset paths, verify trusted recovery, etc.
