How can I upgrade my software, I can’t get some apps because my iOS is 12.5.5 how can I update my iOS please ASAP!

An iPhone 6 can't be updated beyond 12.5.5, it doesn't have the hardware needed to run anything higher.

If you need a higher iOS version, you will have to purchase a newer phone.

An iPhone 6 Plus cannot update past iOS 12.5.5. You need a new phone.

You cannot. You're phones hardware makes that it is limited to iOS 12.5.5. If you need to run anything higher, you will need to buy a new iPhone
