Touch not working on iwatch

My iwatch is not responding to touch so I cannot use it fully. I have done a full reset and cleaned the screen. Any suggestions on how else this can be fixed? Thanks

iwatch series 3 - Hanged, touch not working. Hello everyone, my iwatch has suddenly stopped working, it’s kinda hanged after the new update has OS 6.2.8 has been pushed. It’s not letting me enter passcode, touch seems to be not responding. I tried charging it up coz sometimes this power cycle works but did not work for me. please help, if anyone knows anything on this. Thanks. NT.
