I keep changing my password and email to my Apple ID and it still says that someone in Washington is trying to use a device with my Apple ID after I have changed my password over a dozen times. What else do I do ??
Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.
