Internet recovery

I have succeeded to erase the data in order to reset to factory setting but when I intended to reinstall macOS Big Sur it takes 2 hours and 19 minutes but stuck, the loading bar didn’t move at all. So I restart the macbook and now it gets into internet recovery. After internet recovery completed, I need to install the OS X instead of Big Sur. I have no idea how to install X. How can I get into the Big Sur like its supposed to? Please help

Although the Title in this next link say " Sell, Give away or trade in " this method would do the same as doing a Factory Reset
