Photo folder does not show when trying to change desktop picture.

When trying to change my desktop picture (which changed on its own) the photos folder does not show in the list of choices of where to get the image from. I recently had trouble with a small number of photos disappearing and changed the name of the library but not the folder it was in. I have included to snap shots of dialogue boxes. How do I fix this?

You have to add the folders containing the images you wish to be used as desktop by using the "+":
