I think my photo stream is turned on, because some of my photos are flowing between devices, but should my albums created also show up on other devices? how long should I wait for all the photos to be the same on both devices, before wondering if I should troubleshoot?
If you only have "My Photo Stream" enabled only the photos will be synced to the Photos library on other devices and only when both devices are linked on the same LAN.
album added on phone not in photos - should it be there?
