How can I view text/print messages stored in iCloud?

I'm logged into iCloud on my PC (NOT Mac), and would like to confirm that my Messages from my iPhone have been backed up before i begin to setup my new iPhone. Is this possible?
On my iPhone I have the Message app set to backup to iCloud. I've done nothing with Keychain, as it asks for my original passcode, which I certainly don't know. I have no other Apple products.
Your messages can be read on any device that you have connected to iCloud. You can print screen shots of the message thread as there is no native way to print messages.
iMessages and SMS/MMS texts are NOT viewable from https://icloud.com/
They can only be viewed using iMessage.
This has to do with their encryption private keys residing ONLY on Trusted Devices.
