I have a Mac with OS high sierra operating system when i check any software updates it does not show any ? my mac is 2012 MacBook pro how do i update to the latest OS can i do that ? or that is the latest i can have

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and then on the download link for Mojave or Catalina in the Related Article above. They're full-version upgrades and won't appear in the Updates list.


Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 as well as using the first link above.
