No App Store showing on 4th Gen A1625

We have a 4th Gen apple TV (Model A1625) that was glitching. My son manually reset it. Upon restart, only 3 apps appear: Photos, an orange icon with a computer, and Settings. No App Store. All gone and can not find how to get it back. The only other Q&A in the community mentions that if it's a 3rd gen it wont work. This is a 4th gen, so should have the App Store. I am looking for help to get it back. Thank you!

Edit to add: have tried resetting a second time as well as restarting it.

That usually is an indication that the Apple TV is not connected to the internet. Go into Settings->Network and make sure its connected to Wi-Fi or there is an ethernet cable connected to it and a router for internet access.
